Harwick Intelligence operates nationally across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, with partner relationships supporting investigations in the Republic of Ireland and across the EU.
All investigations are conducted in strict accordance with UK law, including the Data Protection Act 2018, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, and the Human Rights Act 1998.
Our cyber and OSINT work operates exclusively on open-source, passive, and lawfully-obtained information, in accordance with the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
Our commitments
We will not undertake unlawful investigation methods. We will not accept instructions where we believe there is an improper purpose. We are transparent about what investigation can and cannot achieve.
