Our core services are delivered in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. England and Wales are a single legal jurisdiction and the legal framework page applies there without change; Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own statutes for surveillance, harassment and data handling, and where an instruction touches either we say at scoping what differs. Work in the Republic of Ireland and elsewhere in Europe runs through vetted partner agencies, as described in our FAQs.
How fieldwork is staffed
Surveillance is staffed from the area concerned wherever possible, so that travel is not on your bill. Where it cannot be, travel is a disbursement listed on the quote before you agree it. How we charge has the detail.
Meeting in person
We have no branch offices and no public office to visit. The first conversation is by phone or secure message; if a meeting is needed we come to you, or to a neutral place you choose.
