We are looking for experienced foot surveillance operatives to join our field team on a self-employed basis. You will carry out covert mobile and static surveillance assignments across the UK, gathering evidence to the standard required for use in legal proceedings.
This is a role that demands patience, situational awareness, and sound judgement. You will often be working independently, making real-time decisions about how to maintain coverage without compromising the operation.
- Conducting covert foot surveillance of subjects in urban, suburban, and rural environments
- Gathering photographic and video evidence to an evidential standard
- Completing accurate, contemporaneous written logs of observations
- Briefing and debriefing with the operational lead before and after assignments
- Maintaining cover and adapting to changing circumstances in the field
- Handling all evidence in line with continuity and chain of custody requirements
- Demonstrable experience in surveillance — whether from a prior PI role, law enforcement, military, or intelligence background
- A calm, methodical approach under pressure
- Strong written communication skills for producing accurate observation logs
- Discretion and an understanding of the legal framework governing covert investigation
- Physical fitness sufficient to conduct extended periods of mobile foot surveillance
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)

We are seeking skilled motorcycle surveillance operatives to support mobile surveillance operations across the UK. This specialist role requires the ability to follow and observe subjects in vehicular environments while maintaining cover.
You will work alongside or independently of foot and vehicle teams depending on the assignment, and will be expected to exercise sound judgement regarding risk to yourself and the public at all times. Safe, lawful riding is non-negotiable.
- Conducting covert mobile surveillance of subjects by motorcycle
- Working as part of a coordinated surveillance team or as a solo operative
- Using a helmet or body-worn camera to capture video evidence where instructed
- Maintaining accurate, contemporaneous observation logs
- Communicating clearly with team members via radio or encrypted comms during operations
- Operating within road traffic law at all times — we do not sanction unsafe or unlawful riding
- A full UK motorcycle licence (Category A) — essential
- Significant experience riding motorcycles in urban environments
- Prior surveillance experience — professional, law enforcement, or military background preferred
- Calm and considered decision-making under operational pressure
- Familiarity with evidence capture using on-bike or body-worn camera equipment
- An enhanced DBS check will be required prior to deployment

We are looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with our commercial clients — primarily legal firms, insurers, HR teams, and corporate clients — and to manage the end-to-end delivery of their investigations from initial instruction to final report.
You do not need a background in investigation, but you do need to be organised, commercially minded, and comfortable discussing sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing a portfolio of commercial client accounts, serving as their primary contact
- Taking initial instructions and translating them into clear operational briefs for the field team
- Keeping clients informed of progress throughout an assignment, maintaining operational security
- Reviewing draft reports before delivery to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards
- Identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and expand the scope of services provided
- Maintaining accurate records of instructions, communications, and deliverables for each account
- Handling billing and invoicing in coordination with our administration function
- Proven experience in an account management, client services, or professional services delivery role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- A background in legal services, insurance, security, or professional services is advantageous but not required
- Comfortable working in a small, growing business where adaptability is key
