This website does not set any cookies of its own. The public site has no account login or shopping basket. Our Umami web analytics tracker does not use cookies.

The site is hosted on Netlify and served through Cloudflare. Both providers may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. They are listed below for transparency. None of them are used to track you across other websites.
CloudflareSet when the site is loaded behind the Cloudflare CDN
Strictly necessary__cf_bm (and similar) — a bot-management cookie used by Cloudflare to distinguish humans from automated bots. Lifetime: 30 minutes. Used solely to protect the site from automated abuse.
cf_clearance — set after a Cloudflare challenge has been passed, to avoid challenging the same visitor repeatedly. Lifetime: up to 30 days.

NetlifySet when interacting with Netlify-hosted pages
Strictly necessaryNetlify may set short-lived session cookies for load-balancing and form-submission integrity (for example, to recognise a returning submission of the contact form and prevent duplicates). These are not used for analytics or tracking.
When you submit the contact form
The contact form is sent through our secure enquiry endpoint into Harwick’s case management system. Form contents are not sent to Umami. The data you submit is processed in accordance with our privacy notice.
Cookieless website analytics
We use Umami Cloud for website usage statistics, including page views, referring pages, browser and device information, language and approximate location. The tracker does not set analytics cookies. We exclude query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs and do not send form contents, invoice references or named visitor identifiers. We do not enable session recordings or advertising tracking.
Where your browser supplies an enabled Do Not Track preference, our configuration disables Umami tracking. The script download and necessary infrastructure logs may still occur. See our privacy notice and Umami’s privacy policy.
