The fixed-fee report
£650Total price
Fixed fees for the defined scope.
- Scope
- One adult reviewing their own public footprint, using up to five agreed identifiers such as names, usernames, or email addresses.
- What you receive
- A sourced exposure report, a prioritised action list, and practical guidance on reducing the information publicly linked to you. A follow-up conversation to go through the findings is included.
- Limits
- This is a snapshot of accessible public information. It does not include account access, device examination, content removal, or ongoing monitoring.
We confirm suitability, the sources and date range to be examined, and a delivery date in writing before work starts. If your enquiry needs a wider scope, we explain why and quote separately before you decide. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Who this review is for
You may be concerned that public profiles reveal your location, that old accounts connect your personal and professional lives, or that contact details are easier to find than you expected. People in public-facing roles and those dealing with unwanted attention may want a clearer view of that exposure.
The review is also useful before deciding which information to change or seek to remove. It gives you a record of what was accessible when checked and a sequence of practical actions.
If someone is actively threatening, impersonating, or harassing you, our online harassment investigation may answer a different question: what the available evidence shows about the conduct and its source. We discuss which scope is useful before you commit to either report.
What we look for
We agree up to five identifiers to use in the review, such as names, public usernames, or email addresses. Those identifiers guide a defined search of accessible public material. We examine relevant profiles, search results, public records, and links between them.
The report distinguishes information that can be confidently linked to you from possible matches. It may cover exposed contact information, location clues, old profiles, and connections between identities you expected to keep separate. It does not claim to find every record or establish what another person has already seen.
We do not log into your accounts, obtain private records, or access systems without authorisation. Our client security guidance explains why shared devices and accounts can create risks beyond what a public-information review can establish.
A report you can act on
Each material finding includes its source, the date checked, the connection to you, and why it matters to the concern you raised. The action list puts the most relevant exposures first and distinguishes actions you can take yourself from changes that depend on a platform or record holder.
The included follow-up conversation lets you ask about the findings and the order of the suggested actions. The report is a snapshot. New material can appear, search results change, and information may remain in copies or records outside your control.
Scope and delivery
The first conversation is free. Start with the concern you want the review to address; identifiers and sensitive details can wait until we agree a suitable channel. We confirm the sources, boundaries, fixed fee, and delivery date in writing before work begins.
Content removal, account changes, ongoing monitoring, and specialist device work are outside this product. If you need further help, any additional work is agreed separately. What you receive explains our report structure, and first contact explains how an enquiry becomes an instruction.
Common questions
Will you remove my information from the internet?
The fixed fee covers the review, report, and action list. It does not include submitting removal requests or managing follow-up. Some records cannot be removed. We identify possible options and explain limitations; removal work needs separate agreement.Do you need my passwords or access to my devices?
No. This review uses accessible public information. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or account access. It is not a device examination, penetration test, or check for monitoring software. Can I use this to investigate someone else?
This product is for an adult reviewing their own footprint. Enquiries about another person need a separate assessment of purpose, authority, proportionality, and scope. Do not use this product to seek someone else’s private address or account information.More general questions about cost, timescales, and evidence are answered on our FAQs page.
